WWYD Bed Bath Beyond shipped double order

Costco sent us two items that were each about $400. I called and they said I could buy it or return it. Would take awhile for them to figure out the return sticker info but they would do it or I could drop off in store. I’m there weekly so I figured I’d just drop it off. Then we decided to keep it so I called back to pay. Three calls and hours on hold and they could never figure out how to process a payment. They sent an email asking me to call back but I was done waiting on hold. Figured if they really wanted their money they would call or charge the card I gave them. They never did and it’s been a year.

OP do the right thing and tell them. Come on.

REI sent me someone else’s order by mistake. It was $300 worth of clothing. I called them and they were grateful to know the mistake and yes they wanted it back. They sent a pre-paid UPS label. Not hard.

Amazon has told me that before, and no one came to pick up the item sent in error.

Happened to me once - Target sent me a $100 stick vacuum. I didn’t order it but my info was on the shipping label. I got to keep it and it’s been handy as a spare

DH ordered me a Coach purse and they sent two. Returned one. They refunded the purchase. Free purse.
