Unable to report malicious ads

With the black screen tht says rotate this device, you can’t report it. I have tried the #audit message you suggested, and the audit screen pops up, but you can’t report the ad. And it happens constantly. I am not haveint trouble with any other types of ads, but the « rotate your device » type.

Are you using your iPad in landscape mode when this happens?

I’m OP, not PP, but, yes, that comes up in landscape mode. I’ve been using Safari recently and get fewer bad ads but still get some. I think I reported the black screen. When I did #audit I found a report button on a blank space and reported that. But I can’t be sure because the black screen doesn’t turn into an identifiable ad.🤷🏻‍♀️

I was able to reproduce the "Please rotate your device" black box. I have take a screenshot and provided it our ad partner. Hopefully that will be resolved soon.

The ads keep jumping. I’m reading a post and the ad jumps and the page shifts up and I can’t continue to read, let alone reply. Can you fix this? I give up.

I thought this problem was fixed. What device and browser are you using? On my iPhone with Safari, there is no jumping around anymore.

Has anyone seen these ads over the last couple of days? I haven't been seeing them.

Yes. Just now. It’s always an Amex Ad and often, but not always, in the college forum, if that helps.

iPad. Happens on Chroma and Safari. Also, about to give up. This problem will not die.

Last week I discussed this issue with our ad partner and because of the problems we are having with the Amex ad, they are going to block Amex as an advertiser completely. I don't know if that block is in effect yet. But, I can check tomorrow.
