I'm 37 and the biggest impact has been my rhinoplasty and mid facelift. The injectables and fraxel are for maintenance and, imo, are not substitutes for surgery.

Wow facelift at 37. I must look like a disaster at 47!

Not op but another newbie here, I'd love to hear opinions about which kind of botox is the best since there is now so many types!

They are all the same. My derm prefers dysport but said for most people it doesn’t matter.
