APS School Board candidates?

I heard of someone who’s interested in running but they would have to give up their leader position in another role which they happen to be doing a really great job at.

Speaking of karma, fauci just said this week that the 6 feet rule “just sort of appeared” and “lackee scientific evidence”. All of those angry people bleating “follow the science” at anyone who dared to question while kids were kept out of school for months over an arbitrary rule. I’ll take Miranda any day.

Hope they consider it. School board is probably a more important job in our community than whatever role they are currently serving in.

I think that's debatable. Only if they're a Board member who's willing to ask the questions and keep asking until they're answered, and are able to hold people accountable. At least in an employee role, depending on what it is, they may be having more impact/effect than they would as an overseer.

This person will definitely ask the hard questions and push back, but they are already serving schools in a different, yet important, role.

I know her younger two do. I believe her older child does, but she'd be in a different school

All 3 of her kids go to APS schools. Jeez. I don't even know this lady and I know that. It's stated right in her school board profile online.

No, one of her kids is/was in private. Maybe moved back to APS when she decided to run.
