Cheapest place to buy K cups?

Anonymous
We received a Kureig coffee maker for Christmas. I love it but those K cups are so super expensive. Anyone have the inside scoop on the cheapest place to buy the cups (either online or brick and mortar)? My internet research has turned up prices between 47 and 65 cents per cup.

Thanks!

I get mine from Costco at $32 for 80, however the selection is very limited. Otherwise Amazon seems to also be a good source.

costco. amazon is decent, with more selection, and sometimes you can find boxes on sale... but generally, costco is the cheapest i have found and i used to order them online for the office.

Costco is cheap, as is keurig.com (make sure you register your machine...you get a special for buy two get two free) Shipping is free over a certain amount and if you sign up for their free program, you get 10% off all orders. As well, Bed Bath & Beyond has them and you can use on of their 20% off coupons there.

My husband got me one for Christmas (cheaper than the Starbucks habit I was in). My machine came with a refillable K cup. It is a little more work but on day that I have time it is great. You fill it with 2 tablespoons of your favorite coffee and it works the same as the prefilled ones. MUCH cheaper. Check the Keurig website. They must sell them there. Now I can buy coffe by the pound and still use my machine. I plan to always have a stash of the regular k cups for the days I don't have time to refill but it is a great option. Just checked the website and they are $18.

Amazon is having a great sale, TODAY only! (so 2 hrs left to order -sorry for the short notice)

I have also ordered them online from Kohls (yes, they do carry a few varieties) using a 30% off coupon code & free shipping.

I now use the refillable k cup too - cheaper, and I think the quality of the coffee is better than the k cups. I get it ready the night before so all I have to do is stumble to the coffee machine and hit 'brew.' I used to order the k cups online - I think amazon had the best prices with subscribe & save. But when I didn't want to commit to 2 boxes of something I'd never tried before, or wanted something amazon didn't have, I'd check other sites - I've ordered from bigcat PP mentioned, also shoffee.com.

What am I doing wrong? My coffee always turned out watery when I used the refillable cup. I tried different levels of coarseness too.

I use Seattle's Best level 4 pre-ground coffee in the refillable cup and love it. It's a strong brew, maybe that is what you are looking for?

Amazon has sales on most fridays on k-cups, so that's one option. I just ordered yesterday from www.mycoffeesupply.com. I bought four boxes, 25 k-cups each - of green mountain dark magic for $48, which I thought was pretty good. I'm bummed because my Paul Newman dark roast has gotten really expensive since the last time I ordered from amazon. This is probably obvious, but the bigger the quantity you buy, the cheaper it will usually be. Of course, that doesn't work very well if you want to try lots of different varieties. I just use my keurig for coffee, and I'm fine with having just one variety.
