Like…it’s just a low-quality clip of him looking at something. The way you two are going on I thought there would be something substantial happening in the video

A year ago almost to the day I was at her Philly concert which Matty attended, and her tent of VIPs is very close to the stage. This is not them looking at random things, this is them maintaining long eye contact throughout songs. She was very flirty, even naughty with a number of her songs that are probably about him (for example, she put on quite a performance with Ready For It).

But they broke up like immediately after. Maybe his pensive, intense gaze was someone about to leave/ghost. People are projecting a ton.

He loves her, and she him. But some of her fans are loud-mouth judgy vipers, so he had to walk away. Neither of them has gotten over it by the way. Not yet anyway.

The idea that they broke up over fans is a joke, and they feed into it on purpose because it makes the fans feel like they're part of the story, and it keeps them both relevant.

Did you watch the full video? The first clip is when he was a teenager. He is 35 years old now. Just because a man is good at dancing, singing, writing, and in touch with his emotions, doesn’t make him gay.

Taylor is good, but she is not that good. She is human after all. I can totally believe that she fell for Matty Healy, fell hard, and is still pining for him and what they had.
He has said in interviews that playing a live concert is a high like no other, but then you go to your hotel room and are lonely as h&ll and there is a terrible crash after the adrenaline rush of a concert. They are both insomniacs too - Marty has said in interviews he has nightmares and that’s why he got into drugs in the first place, to help quiet his mind at night and stay asleep. She likes to write songs into the small hours of the night.
I can totally buy into the idea that there were many phone convos and booty calls during those late, lonely nights over the years. They are artistic “twins” and soulmates in many ways, something obvious to anyone who knows a little bit about them.

Same friend claims Matty is in the Red album too, released in 2012. She swears the song “Begin Again“ was written for Matty. And I think I Knew You Were Trouble can easily be about him

I thought this was cray cray, but I listened to Red with an open mind, and in “Begin Again”, she wrote:

“You said you never met one girl who had as many James Taylor records as you.
But I do.”

None of her prior boyfriends fit that particular line but MH, who is a big fan of James Taylor 🤔 🤯
