Protests on college campuses

Many people pay nearly $400,000 each to be educated at Columbia. (all the regular people that don't get it subsidized)

These protestors are effectively stealing from the other students. Expel them.

We became aware that our tax dollars were funding a genocide, maybe? We watched weapons we paid for target innocent women and children?

And the intentional targeting of the WCK worker certainly didn’t help. That was my person red line. No more support of Bibi’s regime that would do those things.

I agree with you and especially the WCK atrocity but cannot understand how get from there to >>>>support one side over the other

Haha, they look like giant toddlers being forcibly put in time out.

If you’ve spent significant time on a college campus in the past 6 months, you don’t need anyone to tell you that a lot of the protestors are not students. It’s pretty obvious when you see it up close. Students certainly join in, but outside groups love coming to campuses to start these things. At the campus where I work, I’ve seen outside people come to protest and demonstrate for various causes for years now. Most students walk by them and ignore them; others engage and get into arguments with them. This time it’s just happening on a much larger scale and has clearly escalated in a very bad way. Those of you insisting outside people aren’t involved just sound silly.

I know right....like women should have been drafted as well. You know for that whole equal rights thing. They would have certainly received the same pay for the same job.

Then those "outsiders" should have been forcibly removed at the outset.

They have completely lost the plot.

Good. I hope they take them all out. Permanently.

This is not ok. Americans have the right to protest and not get beaten or gassed by police. That is something the Gestapo would do.

Are you talking about the Columbia students who took over a building? They are not protesting. They are vandalizing. They've lost the plot. Time to go home - after they go to the police station and get a criminal record.
