4 episodes are out this Thursday 5/16. Another 4 on 6/13. It focuses on Penelope and I think it will be the best season yet!

The four leads the past two years were hot. The young queen and king in the spin-off were hot. While I like the actors playing Colin and Penelope they just aren’t hot.

She's gorgeous.
He sees to have lost weight. And I almost wonder if they were using camera tricks to make him seem shorter in earlier seasons because he really looks like he grew up from adolescence.

I think Nicola Coughlan is gorgeous and I like the way she plays Penelope, but the styling on the show works hard to make her look silly. I know the idea is that her mother is dressing her and her mother is silly, but it's frustrating because she is the only non-waif of the you "marriageable women" on the show and when they giver her those ludicrous red ringlets and then stick her in these bright orange and yellow costumes with cheap looking fabric and tons of crap on them, she looks ridiculous.

I'm sure if you put Phoebe Dynevor or Simone Ashley in garish, tacky costumes and gave them ridiculous wigs, they too would look absurd. I just don't get why they dressed Coughlan for laughs, especially knowing she'd likely be a lead at some point. I think it makes it so much harder to make this pivot.

No one can top the duke in Season 1. Season 2 was bad, and I am afraid this one will be too.
