I have a plan for the only-clear-foods days, but I need ideas for the “low fiber” days. What did you eat and how did your prep go? |
I ate lots of white bread, mainly bagels. I don’t eat fish and wasn’t into cooked fruit or veggies. You can also have crackers like saltines and bananas. Honestly, I was starving. It sucked. I lost 2 lbs. prep was definitely the worst part. By the time I got to the hospital, I didn’t even care that my behind was leaking, I just wanted to be done and eat some meat. |
Also, 5 days is way too long imo. I did 3 and things were clear that night. |
I tend to have at most a 24 hour cycle (eat, it's out the next day). I basically just avoided nuts and seeds 48 hours out, and did the fasting as instructed along with the miralax prep as instructed and I was as clean as he'd ever seen. |
Low fiber—chicken and cooked veggies only. No seeds, nothing greasy or fried. Limited dairy that week too. |
Do a search on Instagram for Mayim Bialik - she gave a long talk about how she prepped and what she ate and how it went. It was REALLY informative. |
