ID this hair product

I was in an airport bathroom and saw a woman use a hair product that looked useful so I'm trying to ID. It was a small tub of a balm like product, maybe blue container? I only noticed peripherally and didn't think to ask what it was. She rubbed some between her fingertips and used it to add some volume to her crown. She had a curly bob. Figured I'd ask here if anyone knows what it is! Thanks.
