Georgetown vs. Emory pre-med

| DD just got off waitlist at Georgetown and is interested in pre-med. How does the pre-med program at Georgetown compare to Emory? Which would you choose? |

| How much time do you have to decide? Academically they are pretty equal- seems like a decision based on fit- which campus your DD feels most excited to be at? |

| Georgetown has early assurance (admission to the med school as a Sophomore). |

I personally would want DS to go to Georgetown but that may be my own selfishness to want him to stay close.
Both are excellent schools. |

| Emory is a better school, for anything STEM. And had a higher premed to med acceptance rate. |
