Anyone else get sucked into all of the health trends of instagram? I guess my algorithm knows me but everyone seems to say different things. The high cortisol thing is super popular right now and “cortisol cocktails” people want you to comment for. All of the premenopausal posts about how to lose weight. Eat high protein! And then today I saw someone saying we are eating too much protein and high protein is a craze and we don’t need to be eating the insane amounts that others say we do. It’s all so overwhelming! |
I've been seeing videos where people are eating something like 150g of protein per day. That seems extreme to me. |

Face yoga! This recently came across my feed. As well as a lot of “release” massages for weird, deep muscles. |
They are just that...fads. With zero evidence base to support them. Treat them as such. |
