Childcare aide for autism toddler

Need childcare aide for my 3 year old on the autism spectrum in Prince George's County. Ideal person would meet the child at the school in mornings and assist with communication, participation in activities, and self care skills. Half-day program, mornings. Any suggestions for finding someone?

We have an RBT work with our child at daycare, via an ABA agency.

This is an ideal situation. A lot of RBTs are underemployed in morning hours and might be thrilled to work directly for you for $25+ per hour. How to connect with them directly is the question... I might try placing a Craigslist ad with some filtering mechanism to hopefully screen for quality early.
