Did your parents, grandparents, older relatives think OJ was guilty or innocent?

Most people have shared their own feelings on his guilt/innocence but what did your parents and older relatives believe?

I recall my mother had the Faye Resnick book but she was in the Guilty camp. I never read Faye’s book.

Guilty, obvs. None of us talked much about it, it was so evident.
Don't know anyone who thinks he was innocent.

Guilty. We're white.

I've never met someone that thought OJ was innocent.

Guilty!

Guilty, but one creative free thinking family member always mentioned that he thought the son had played some sort of role in the murders. Who knows.

Came here to say the exact same thing. I was 22 during the trial so was fully aware of it and I don’t recall ever meeting anyone then or since who didn’t think he was guilty.

Back in 1995 I was working in NYC and massive crowd and in Times Square was a massive crowd of largely black people watching in the big screen the OJ Verdict about to be announced.

Security cautioned us to stay inside and police was all over. They were expecting huge riots and looting of found guilty.

When he was found not guilty huge cheering from the crowd. Police left no issues

"You as guilty as OJ" was already a popular saying (at least among black people) in the 90s. Everyone knew.

He saved the kitten in Towering Inferno.
Seriously I am in the age group you ask about. White.
I think his son did it and OJ figured he had a better chance of getting off.

How old was his child? Pretty sure there is no evidence that pointed to anyone but OJ.

Was in college when this happened and have never thought until now to ask any family members what they thought about this. I'll ask my mom the next time I have a chance.

I'm sure my parents thought he did it, but we never talked about it. We did watch the chase in a hotel room together on vacation which is an odd memory in retrospect.
