Cost to finish garage attic…

We’d like to finish our garage attic. It has a gable roof so won’t be too big a space but could make a nice home office or play area. It would require building stairs from inside the home up to the attic space. House is a 1988 cape cod build. Garage is attached to side of house and attic looks in good condition.
How possible is this? Anyone done this? Cost? |
