Julia Brown School in Silver Spring

Our son is now 2 1/2 years old, and my husband and I are looking for a Montessori program for him. The Julia Brown schools have repeatedly been mentioned online. Many people who post about it sent the kids there (various locations) many years ago. We are willing to drive 20 to 25 minutes out of our way to send our son to the one in Silver Spring once we visit and see that it’s actually a good fit for us. Curious to know any parents were currently sending their children there. What do you like about it the most? What don’t you like about it? How is your child doing in that environment (the Montessori school environment), wearing of school uniforms, the whole educational process?

Also, if there are parents who have been willing to commute away from their normal commuting pattern to send their child to a school of their choice, please let me know your thoughts on how that works for you?
