Why is this Cleveland Park house so cheap?

$1,685,000 seems really low for what is a very nice part of the neighborhood.

I expected the house to be a disaster inside but it’s gorgeous. I’m sure it will go for more than $2M

That’s definitely a surprising price in the neighborhood. There are a lot of rooms listed on the floor plan so they must be itty bitty for it to only be 2,400 sqft.

Guys, it’s not a SFH. It’s a duplex/semi detached. Thats why it’s 1.6.

Plus it’s stucco which probably brings it down a bit.
