Or is it spineless? First time I’ve worked for one and it sucks. He complains of being stressed with work but I have no clue what he does. He seems lazy, uninterested during team updates and just seems to bide his time until it’s time to move on to the next gig. Did not peg him for this kind of manager / leader during the interview. I’m going to start looking now but what are signs to look out for during interviews so I don’t make the same mistake?
