Like cottage cheese, particularly on my thighs and inner arms. I’ve been doing a lot of walking, biking, and weight lifting, so no doubt also gaining muscle. I thought I’d look BETTER, not worse. What is going on? |
Fat helps plump up certain tissues, so they sometimes look smoother. Now you're seeing what your skin looks like without the plumping effect under it. I'm noticing the same thing on my inner arms! The only thing i've found even slightly helpful is lots of moisturizer. |
I’m in the same boat. Lost 10 pounds of fat. Now my skin is saggy and I feel lumpy not smooth. I’m hoping things will even out. |
