So, there are 20 of us on this floor. One of the people is this early 40s women whose life is a complete train wreck- she's currently living with her parents, two kids from two different men, 'sober', tattos, takes lots of 'mental health' days but is otherwise pretty damn good at her job and isn't work shy.
But she is a ..... freak. No nice way to put it. Cries at work type freak. She just doesn't fit in a white collar professional, somewhat conservative DC office. Some times her outfits are just... wow. Today is one of those days. Purple and black striped bellbottoms, some black lacy sheer cardigan and a halter top looking shirt. And 4 inch heels. One of the guys here was, apparently, trying to text his wife a picture he snuck of her along with the text of "check out what Looney Tunes wore today." Except he sent it, by accident, to another woman we work with. She sent it to HR. Can you be fired for this? |
I hope so |
in our office you can be fired just for using your camera to take pictures inside the building. so, yes. He is in trouble. and he should be. |
Texting his wife to describe the outfit as you you did here is one thing. Taking a photo is far worse. He should be seriously disciplined and possibly fired. |
Sneaky pictures = totally creepy |
OP stop trying to text pics of your coworkers from work. |
Probably he was way out of line. |
He should be. Cruel at best, discriminatory at worst.
|
I went to, OP is the wife. |
He should be. That is not only extremely intestinal but cruel. I hope he’s fired. |
Autocorrect! Unprofessional! |
Interesting responses. I doubt they would be the same if freak show was a man. |
Why wouldn’t they be? It’s not the gender of the victim that makes it so egregious. It’s the level of cruelty. |
She's a hard worker and good at her job. That guy needs to grow the hell up. |
He sounds like a creep! I can't believe people are taking pictures and sending them to people to mock others!
I hope he does get fired. Or you, since it seems like it was probably you that sent it. |
