Private art teacher?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a private art teacher who is willing to travel to student homes?

(We'd like to save commute time / the amount of time my child spends in the car, and so are trying to figure out which of their activities they could do one-on-one rather than in a group setting.)

I’ve never heard of a private art teacher that comes to someone’s house. That’s another level of entitlement - your kids will be fine in the car and then may actually benefit from socializing with other kids at the class.
