Best Botox in Bethesda?

I've searched old posts but nobody really mentions someone they love for Botox.
I'm concerned about the fake Botox out there so no medspas or other informal options - doctor's offices only please (even if a nurse does injecting)

Bethesda preferred but nearby OK. Prefer not to drive to VA.

Any recommendations?

Also looking to work on some dark spots on my legs so if you know of a good place for that, I'd appreciate it.
