Department offsite

We are having a two day department offsite at a local hotel next week.

Coworker says “so we will essentially be working 36 hours in 3 days-does that mean 4 hours on Friday?”

You arent billing the time you sleep or are not with your coworkers. Thats not how it works.

Every minute that you are forced to be at a place not of your choosing, away from your family and personal life, ought to count as paid or comp time.
