HS crew: TBC Racing or DCNRC?

Hey, anyone here familiar with these rowing programs? If both boathouses were roughly equidistant from home, which team program might you recommend for an experienced, enthusiastic HS rower? (Asking for someone whose current team might go onto their school budget’s chopping block)
