Brain fog -- possibly due to environmental allergens?

Ever since the temperature spiked in recent days I have gone through a period of brain fog -- you know, sort of the way you might feel if you *need* a cup of coffee.

I haven't typically suffered from environmental allergies, but I am wondering if a rise in pollen levels with the warmer weather might be to blame. Anyone else experiencing something similar?

I have experienced this in the past with seasonal allergies.

Yes absolutely it’s the really high pollen. I’m wiped out feel like have a bad cold so unmotivated. Ugh it’s the worst
