I wouldn't spend that much money for something so close to 270, and it's not great that it's close to Tuckerman either. Others may not mind.

I don't like houses on a corner/intersection like that. And the schools bring the value down as well. Agree with the above poster that you're overpaying.

I don't know much about the area tbh but I would not pay that for that house, hate how it is done on the inside, especially the living room (the tile or tile looking floors) and overall does not feel homie at all. At that price could def do better imo (but again don't know area we'll)

Also, I'm wildly distracted by the creepy patterns on the shower door in picture 62. Did someone *just* hop out of the shower before this shot?

Also, the hilariously placed urn/vase in picture 66.

Can't comment on the price. Just enjoying this truly bizarre house.

This is a home that should have been staged because their furniture and decor does not match the design of the house so it just seems like an awkward mess. Wouldnt pay that for a house inboundary for Garrett Park ES.

Floors are awful but location is great and it’s a large house. Schools are excellent. It will sell close to asking price.
