| Isai Bermudez (sp?) is a rare gem. He has done several projects for us, big and small, including building a custom trellis fence around our pool, renovating a garage into a photo studio (and installing Pella casement windows), finding and fixing leaks, tiling our shower, patching our roof, etc. etc. He shows up on time, his prices are reasonable, he knows about everything and does quality work. | Second this recommendation. This guy is a gem. He was recommended to my husband by a friend and he built a desk for our home office. The desk is beautiful and he was a pleasure to work with -- very honest and attentive to detail. |

He has done a bunch of small things for us, including fixing a toilet, changing light switches, changing a lock, fixing a door, replacing trim, recaulking, painting, drywall patch, installing a handrail. I usually wait until I have a full day's worth of things. I think he works in DC, MD and VA? Ask him. |
