Will never happen. It’s a diversion or a mechanism to shape public opinion . Any warrants for Netanyahu et al implicate Wester leaders who facilitate Israel’s crimes.

the warrants for Hamas and Israel will be issued together I think, the lead prosecutor did argue that Israel shouldn't have arrest warrants against it b/c they have a robust Judiciary that is able to hold their leaders to account so it might just be warrants for Hamas.

The ICC is a joke and there is a reason the US does not participate in it and does not recognize the jurisdiction of this court.

I think the reason we dont recognize it is the same reason we haven't signed onto the Geneva convention articles concerning torture- we know that we are princeps/ primus inter pares and cannot be held to account, we have to be free to behave with absolute impunity.
