I'm the pp and will add a few more, though you didn't really say what it is about those movies you particularly liked. I haven't seen Wild Oats or Under a Tuscan Sun but assume you want movies where the heroine's unfulfilling life or recent trauma was transformed by travel. So some others that may work:
