Why does it take 45 mins to an hour to make a few subs?
Placed the online order, showed up 10 mins after the “ready time” because we know they are slow, and still had to wait another 20+ mins. They have nearly a dozen workers in an assembly line that simply doesn’t work efficiently. Is it just Olney? |
The one in Kentlands is pretty efficient. |
I know! I thought it was just me. 5 customers and 20 min wait. There were. 2 sub makers.
Subway and Firehouse have faster service. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes. |
I know the one in Olney has many HS kids working if that makes a difference. |
OMG we were at one on Route 29 last week. Two customers. Three employees. 20 minutes to make our sandwich. I have no idea what the problem was. slowwwwwwww |
Very fast at Springfield one. |
They have to slice it fresh guys.
If you want it sliced and ready from yesterday and vegetables from bags go to Subway. |
The Wheaton one is pretty quick. |
All it seems to me. They start by asking, “ Do you want it Mikes way?” I used to be confused. No longer
I didn’t have time to make my lunch today. So tomorrow I’m going to another sub shop |
The Wheaton one has had a particular manager over the last 6 to 12 months? She is good. Before that no so |
Olney is unique. Not sure how to describe it. But backwards |
This is timely - I got a JM gift card for coaching but have never been so I'll check the one in Wheaton out. |
Legend has it all the sandwich makers in Olney are required to be blindfolded while working... |
The long slept, “ Want it Mike’s way”. Is confusing at first and an absolute waste of time. I now go to subway |
Slow - hate the “Mike’s way..”. My time is important Who is mike btw? |
