U.S Border and foreign claims to land

If Israel can claim Palestine due to birth-right heritage, why are we upset that indigenous people are reclaiming the land through our southern border.

. . . Indigenous people were killed, forced into onto reservations, land stolen, starved, etc a few hundred years ago.

I am sure their DNA supports their claim to American land.
