purging middle school grades from high school transcript

Is it possible to purge high school credit courses taken in middle school that show up on high school transcript and affect the weighted GPA calculation? Is it too late? DC is in 9th grade, and plans to take rigorous weighted courses and those unweighted middle school courses are unnecessary for graduation.
