Botox for neck bands

Anonymous
I've had botox before for neckbands and it made a significant improvement. Since I moved to DC, I've been going to a medspa for light botox in 11s but not sure if a medspa is the right place to also do the neckbands (previously, I had gone to a plastic surgeon). Does it make a difference? I know generally, medspas/NPs are better at injectable than docs, but the neck somehow makes me nervous. If you have this treatment in DC, who do you recommend? See pics in link if you don't know what I'm talking about.

Paralyzing b the muscles in your neck (where you breathe and eat), for cosmetic reasons?

Sorry, I can’t really advise on how to get that done.

Obviously you don't know much about how it works, so yes, move along...

I'd recommend a plastic surgery office for more complicated fillers / Botox for safety reasons:

This is very frequently done by very competent experienced doctors. It’s a great treatment. Run along now, Karen.

Are you ridding your neck of the vertical muscular lines (like the first posters pics)? Or the horizontal wrinkles?
