Pictures make it look bright and clean but everything is early 90s (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry) so be prepared to pay for lots of replacements even if you don't care about modernizing. |

It is well kept and clean. If you don't mind the kitchen and bathrooms it looks good... although I would never personally buy a split. I prefer houses that sit up off the street so like that too. |

Wow for that size that's a very good price, super cheap. Granted yeah the kitchen and bathrooms are super dated but place,bazed on pictures, looks well kept enough.
But yeah given how dated those two things are, be prepared to spend quite a bit of money to update it, and kitchen and bathrooms tend to be the most expensive updates. |
Not that it matter b/c it's pending, this house probably saw escalation over 1M. Is it too close to the farm? That's up to you but it's still a 1M house. |
