Do ES kids who lotteried into a school OOB have feeder rights when they get to MS?

Our child is currently attending an ES that we lotteried into last year. Will they have feeder rights at the MS when the time comes even though we are OOB? Or will we need to re-lottery into the MS if we want to go to the feeder MS?
