I’ve had about $250K in a savings account that earns basically nothing. I want to move it to one that has 4.25. Is there any reason not to? Besides I do checking, savings and mortgage all at one so it’s convenient.

Fidelity cash management is near 5%. I personally hate the new Amex platform. It was enough to switch along with the higher rate. |
Ok thanks! |
Vanguard Cash Plus is 4.75% for the FDIC insured cash sweep product. Or you can use the Cash Plus account to buy the VUSXX money market fund composed of US Treasuries with return of 5.28% (basically risk-free....if Vanguard fails, the world is over anyway)
