MCPS employees get a lot of leave. It shouldn't be any different for her than my kids teachers who are out a few weeks of the year on personal leave. |

If they teach at Seven Locks Elementary they do. The teachers and staff there are always out on leave. |

All Silvestre had to say was "Dr. Felder is traveling today [or whatever] and isn't able to join us. Dr. Johnson will be serving as acting interim superintendent until [date]." This shouldn't be that hard. |
