I have no idea why my thread got locked

It seems to be a mystery which threads get locked/deleted. I've had several threads deleted with seemingly zero explanation. It's very bizarre.

It looks like it was locked five days ago so I actually don't remember why I locked it. But, looking at the posts on the last few pages, it was probably because it had become a general fight about COVID and no longer addressing the original topic. But, after 32 pages, I'm sure that you received sufficient feedback.

Some of the responses throughout the thread were certainly “spirited.”

Another adjective might be “defensive.”

OP called people still masking as suffering from mental illness. I don't think she was actually trying to gain any super valuable insight, just another way to insult people who disagree with her.
