Getting Burberry trench altered?

I am buying a Kensington trench and trying to decide on size. I may go one size up to accommodate sweaters underneath. However, the sleeves are long.
Has anyone used the complementary alterations from Burberry? How do the sleeves look? Thanks! |

| I think Jean Wang from extrapetite has a post on her experience altering a trench through Burberry. They kept pushing her to do less alterations but she persisted and was glad she did. I think that’s what she wrote but it was a long time ago! |
