11 year-old girl birthday gift ideas?

She’s at a small private, pretty sheltered, no phone, no social media, etc. Mom who is a friend saying she has one friend at school. I’d like to get her some fun bday gifts that are things most 11 year old girls are into. Thoughts?

This so depends on the kid. My DD is 11 and has friends at school with Stanley cups but she has never asked for one and doesn’t want one.
She loves soccer so would like anything soccer themed or dog themed.
She is also at a small private and they wear a uniform so shoes are a big thing. We got her a Nike gift card last year and she bought herself. Pair of Jordans with it. That was the big present from us.

This is weird to mention. Most 11 year olds don't have phones or social media.

For her b-day, my daughter got a cinema light box, string lights, jewelry, a card game (exploding kittens), a squishmallow, nail polish, and a cute t-shirt.

This. My DD turned 11 this winter. She got several of the things listed here, plus a bunch of stuff from Sephora (masks, lip balm, etc.). She's not particularly into Sephora, but it seems like the go-to gift for that age.

Also cute pens, notebooks, and water bottles. I don't think it needs to be a Stanley, but that may be kid-dependent. DD isn't into them, but many of her friends are.

Most 11 year-olds have phones and social. If not now, they will by 12.

But OP, try to resist giving a phone until HS.

And NO SOCIAL MEDIA! It is super toxic.

None of my daughter's friends do.

Says someone who has a high schooler. So glaringly obvious. Unless your child is in a super rich private, the vast majority of their classmates won't have a phone in 5th or 6th grade. Middle school, sure, but the only 11 year old we know that has a phone has a Bark phone

Kids can have phones and not be on social media.

If social media is super toxic, why are you here?
