Well right now long term capital gains are taxed at
0% Up to $63,000
15% $63,001 to $551,350
20% Over $551,350

Many very rich people make their money through cap gains and pay under 20% tax rate. Cap gain should be taxed as normal income. Time to stop letting the government pick winners and losers.
