I think his biggest fans will be semi-intellectual guys who periodically watch Jeopardy and like to imagine that they could possibly win the show with the right set of categories.
I’m describing myself. I love all his writing. Just finished Table For Two. Lincoln Highway is one of my favorite books I’ve read as an adult. But it’s very much a boy’s story. A girl reading it is like me picking up my wife’s Kristin Hannah novels. I enjoy them, but I feel like I’m not really in the club. |
