Charter Reviews: DCB, Meridian, Two Rivers. Some QSR and financial concerns at Two Rivers. Interestingly the loss of many middle school students doesn't come up.

Other amendments: Wildflower, DC Scholars, EL Haynes, Goodwill Excel, St. Coletta.

Two Rivers was passed along with a lot of feel-good talk and no serious questions. Like usual. This "oversight" is a joke.

It’s the most unfunny joke ever. Just read the commentary and listen to charter board staff on their new report card Aspire - yikes! They can’t produce the data, they’ve had too much turnover and data “missteps”, they don’t have score information ready for schools.
