Looking for upcoming camps/clinics to help with skill development of 15 yo JV player. Any leads appreciated.

Just bumping bc I'm looking for the same.

Also bumping because looking for the same. My son enjoyed this year on JV, but he rarely plays and would like to improve over summer/fall/winter so he can contribute more next spring.

Because these generally aren't around for HS level at least the novice level. You son should break out of his shell and ask his coach.

Mabry Academy in Dulles and Rockville is good but not for true novice.

Why do you assume he's in "his shell" and hasn't already asked his coach? Super helpful - thanks!

What does this mean exactly? Player has one season of JV high school under his belt and got a decent amount of playing time. He’s a good athlete generally and picks things up quickly. Is he a considered a true novice in this context? Thanks!

That would probably be fine - just email them and ask. They are usually very responsive.

Mabry would be perfect for someone like this. They work with super elite players chasing college scholarships, but also players fitting this profile too. They give good coaching on fundamentals and also the mental side of the game. My son has done it and it is great. The only catch is that it is a bit pricey.
