Not easy being a older black single woman in evangelical circles. Not saying the church killed her, saying if that if your while world is revolved around this culture it is easy to feel empty. |

| I saw the post here (on DCUM) about people over 35 who have never been married--if you want to find them look for black women in evangelical churches, many of them have actually been on none or few dates. |

I wasn't that familiar with Mandisa but hearing this news made me recall this heart-touching video from several years ago. I'm guessing Mandisa inspired many. May she RIP.
