I heard some students from a different high school discussing a Knife fight at Kennedy

I don’t know if anything happened at Kennedy, but this article just came out today. I was reading it prior to coming on DCM.

Any response from the Superintendent? Any word from the BOE? Local politicians want to get involved and try to help our students?

A teenage trespasser gained access to the school building to fight a Kennedy student. He had a knife and attempted to stab security. He was apprehended by the police. The community letter is on Twitter.

There was also a lot of failure on the part of MCPS. The kid who trespassed was from another MCPS high school.

This happened at RMHS. Kids from Gaithersburg HS trespassed at RM and then were victims of a robbery in the RM bathroom. Nobody from Gaithersburg even realized the kids were missing.
