Lawn expert in Montgomery county

I have to resod my lawn every 2 years because of weeds and dead spots.
I have a sprinkler system and someone who is supposed to spray pre emergent and aerate. They say they don’t have anything for weeds but that can’t be true even with county regulations. Whatever I’m doing is not working. My neighbors have great lawns but mine is always awful.

I need a real expert and I prefer a small business rather than a big company.

Small company. We've had an annual contract with good service. Our lawn is not perfect given how shady our yard is, but it's much better than it was before we started with the service.
