Opaline at the Sofitel, PJ Clarke's, Il Piatto, the Hamilton (but call first, they're annoying about when they do and do not seat outdoors)

For casual/pub food, Elephant and Castle has an
outdoor patio. Probably a 10+ minute walk or so.

Also Zaytinya is a bit further but you may need reservations depending on when you go.
