Our fridge is broken and park is going to take at least a week to come in. We have 3 little kids so milk, cheese, eggs, condiments etc are staples of their diets. Beyond buying little quantities and shopping often, any tips on making this easier? We do have a working freezer. |
Do you have any really good coolers? Or know anyone who does that you can borrow from? We have a serious Yeti cooler and their big ice pack that fits in it and that will keep things cold for days! |
If you have a Yeti, icepacks in the yeti might work for a week. But you'd need to replenish probably 3x during the week.
I'd just go buy a mini fridge for 100-150 bucks, and then sell it when you don't need it anymore. It would be enough to hold milk, eggs, cheese and other refrigerated items. |
This is what a Buy Nothing group is perfect for if you belong to one.
