I mean, people make their own decisions when participating in these productions. Lots of the “housewives” are mixing booze and pills.

Also should note that these shows are not made in-house at the network. Independent production companies make the shows and Bravo has exclusive licensing of the shows. So there is already a layer of legal separation for the network and Andy. If talent don’t like the working conditions, they need to take that up with the production company that owns the show.
